Yext made it clear that big things were happening at the company last month when they announced the hiring of executives Wendi Sturgis and Nishant Mani. Today, the business listings company was named the 10th fastest growing New York-based company and the 105th fastest overall according to the 2011 Inc500.
“Wendi and Nishant aren’t the only employees we’ve brought on recently. Our business is experiencing hyper-growth, and we are trying very hard to grow our team accordingly,” said lead developer and head of engineering recruiting Jon Kennell. The Yext team has grown from just 9 employees to currently close to 100 in the past three years.

Yext’s revenues have grown over 2,600% in the last three years with much of this growth thanks to the launch of its new product PowerListings. Recently, the company signed up it’s 20,000th location.
