We are seeing the move from an era of curation through content to an era of personalization made capable by data. It’s about bringing the right information to our guests at the right time during their consumer journey as they dream, shop and search. When they travel, they want to feel like a local, but don’t have time to do the research themselves anymore. So the power of personalization is critically important so that we are delivering this information to them in real time, extending throughout all touch points and expanding further into the local search ecosystem.
