Yext on Tour made its way to Texas last week, where we spoke with digital marketers from across the south about the intelligent future and how services like AI and machine learning are changing the consumer decision-making process. Attendees gathered at The Joule in downtown Dallas where they learned from members of the Yext executive team, as well as from industry thought leaders.
Yext CMO Jeffrey K. Rohrs kicked off the day with a presentation on the rise of intelligent services. Strategy team members Marc Ferrentino and Erin Jaeger then wowed the crowd with a look into the latest and greatest updates to the Yext Knowledge Engine. Then Chief Customer Officer Wendi Sturgis led a fireside chat alongside HealthMarkets’ CMO Mike Stahl, where they discussed how the healthcare company is harnessing technology to respond to consumers’ demand for accurate information.
