We closed out our 2017 Yext on Tour events in London, where we spoke with marketers from across Europe about the future of intelligent services. Guests gathered at the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel to examine AI, voice search, and the importance of digital knowledge management for their brands.

Yext CEO Howard Lerman kicked off the day with a presentation on the rise of connected devices and how search is ultimately getting smarter. Chief Strategy Officer, Marc Ferrentino, joined Yext's VP of Sales Engineering EMEA, Jimmy Barens on stage to share the latest updates to the Yext Knowledge Engine. Then Co-Founder and President, Brian Distelburger sat down with Crabtree and Evelyn's Global Chief Experience Officer, Lee Woodard to discuss how the company is harnessing technology to reach its customers in new and innovative ways.

Moderated by Labs for Hire Founder Nicole Yershon, Retail Week's Chris Brook-Carter, what3words' Oliva Rzepczynski, Blippar's Omaid Hiwaizi, and Havas helia's Tony Hewett, talked emerging technology and how this is changing the way their brands interact with both clients and customers.
