Jim Anderson, D.C.
Dr. Anderson graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1995. He practiced for two years near LaCrosse, Wisconsin and returned to Minneapolis in 1998 to open City Lakes Chiropractic. He is active with the Minnesota Chiropractic Association and has been chairman of the legislative committee focusing on improving healthcare laws. Dr. Anderson has been appointed Associate Clinical Faculty status with Northwestern Chiropractic College.
Dr. Anderson is licensed by the Board of Chiropractic Examiners in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Arizona. He is a licensed Acupuncturist obtaining certification through the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture.
In addition, Dr. Anderson has spent many years studying auto accident related injuries. He has done research with the Spine Research Institute of San Diego participating in full-scale crash tests. He went on to receive certification from the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. Due to his extensive training he is able to provide a wide variety of techniques to treat a variety of health problems.
Lynn Betzold, Certified Massage Therapist
Lynn is a graduate of Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College in Phoenix, Arizona. She is trained in a variety of massage therapy techniques including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Her professional experience as a massage therapist provider includes: Hospice Care, Health and Wellness Clinic, Health Club and Private Practice.
Lynn initially joined the team at City Lakes in March of 2000. Her caring nature and outstanding commitment to patient wellness is unsurpassed. Working together, Dr. Anderson and Lynn have treated many patients with acute symptoms and helped them to quickly return to their daily activities.
Angie - Office Manager/Nutritional Consultant
Angie joined City Lakes soon after it opened in September of 1999. Since then she has incorporated her expertise in office management, customer relations and insurance billing to help make City Lakes Chiropractic stand out from the rest.
Dr. Anderson and Angie work together to keep City Lakes a place where patients feel at home and feel comfortable in the care they receive. After pursuing a long time passion, she is certified as a nutritional consultant. City Lakes now offers Nutritional Consulting Services into the variety of care already offered at City Lakes.
Cassandra - Administrative Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator
We welcomed Cassandra to our team in October of 2003. Her immediate connection with our patients and superb customer service have made her an important addition to our City Lakes family. Her vast knowledge of insurance benefits and chiropractic care make her a great source to answer your questions, and coordinate your care within City Lakes and referrals to other medical facilities.
Rachael Wiegel, D.C.
We are excited to announce Dr. Rachael Wiegel joined our clinic on August 1, 2009. Her specialties include pediatric chiropractic as well as acupuncture. She is a fantastic addition to our clinic and we are looking forward to the coming year.
