The Veterinarians and staff of Bell Ridge Animal Hospital & Boarding have been dedicated to providing you and your pets with the best in veterinary health care since 1987. Your pet's health, well-being and quality of life are goals we strive to achieve through preventative medicine, client education and medical / surgical treatment of illness, injury or accidents.

Dr. David James Tang	Believe it or not, I am a second generation Arizona native and a proud graduate of Madison Simis Elementary and Central High School in Phoenix. I completed my undergraduate education at Occidental College in Los Angeles and received my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Colorado State University in 1985. I joined the Bell Ridge Animal Hospital Staff in 1991 and have witnessed its growth through three remodels to its current 3600 square feet, addition of boarding services and evolution into a three doctor plus practice. My wife Terri, daughter Abby, and son Miles share our home with three dogs, two cats, numerous tropical fish and an occasional "lost" pigeon. With what little time that is left, I enjoy coaching youth baseball, gardening, photography and travel.
Dr. Joel Lee Ruehs	I grew up in Phoenix and graduated from Shadow Mountain High School. Receiving my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 1989, I returned to Arizona. I joined Bell Ridge Animal Hospital in 1995. My Wife and I have two great boys and one dog. In our spare time we like to hike and camp.
Dr. Kelly Georgeou	I am a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania. My husband, Lex and I moved to Phoenix when I graduated in 1996. Since then, we have added 2 daughters to our family. We share our house with 2 pugs, an American bulldog, 2 rats (pets, not vermin) and an African cichlid fish tank. I enjoy scrapbooking, reading Stephen King and spending time with my family.
Shaunna - Manager	I began my career in the veterinary field in 1995. I received my training (1995 - 2001) at Desert Veterinary Medical Specialists, a referral practice of Dr. David Burgener, a board certified Internal Medicine Specialist. In 2001, I joined the Bell Ridge Animal Hospital Staff as the on site manager. I am proud to be a part of the Bell Ridge Animal Team. I am a member of the Veterinary Healthcare Team of Arizona. I share my home with my husband, a Rottweiler named "Bubba", two Malamute/ Huskies, "Athena" and "Teela", two Labs, "River" and "Brownen", and a very independent cat named "Annie".
