She's also trying to study for her calculus exam. Being a PI and making the grade may not be easy, but it's definitely entertaining to watch. A dash of sugar, spice, and pixie spy magic, and you have one of the quirkiest high schoolers on TV.

In 2004 UPN, the predecessor of what is now the CW Television Network, debuted the TV series directed by Rob Thomas about the high schooler whose after school job left all the unfaithful husbands and murderous movie stars running for cover. The show lasted 3 seasons and starred the adorable and geeky Kristen Bell. The clever writing and dialogue earned the show some big name fans including Kevin Smith, the producer/actor/directer known to many as "Silent Bob", and Joss Whedon, the genius behind the Buffy the Vampire Slayer television series.

The cancellation of the show in in 2007 did little to deter it's fanatical fan base. Fans still are crying out for more and with the rumor of a possible Veronica Mars movie in the future, they may just have their dreams come true. Veronica Mars proves that women of all ages can be strong and kick butt. She's not perfect, she's got some definite flaws and has a hard time when it comes to trusting people, but that doesn't do anything to keep the romance and mystery from being ever present in her life. In fact, the romance is one of the most appealing parts of the show for some. Like most television dramas the romance life of Veronica is more complex and spicy than it usually is in the real world. In the first season alone Veronica had a hint of romance with the brother of her murdered best friend, the ex-boyfriend of her murdered best friend, the friend of the brother of the murdered best friend, and a local deputy. Not confusing enough? The next two seasons hinted to even more romantic suitors for Miss Mars and the fans ate up every juicy minute of it. It helps that all the actors playing Veronica's love interests are gorgeous.
