Our Advisor
Dear Friends,
After more than 42 years in the veterinary medical
profession, I recently stepped down as the executive vice president of the American Veterinary
Medical Association (AVMA), the leading veterinary industry association in the world.
During my time as both a clinical veterinary practitioner and as an industry advocate I have
always sought new ways of doing things that could advance the profession and provide even
better care for the animals we serve and love.
One issue that has been important to me since I helped found the National Commission on Veterinary Economic Issues (NCVEI) in 1999 has been helping veterinarians use sounds business practices to build successful clinics and hospitals. As a doctor, the success of your practice is what determines the quality of care you can provide to the animals and the public.
That is why I am so excited to have joined the team at Yext Vets. Yext Vets fills an enormous need for the veterinary industry. In the past, people always found their veterinarian through word of mouth or in the Yellow Pages. We all know that more and more people are now searching online for literally everything they need. Yext Vets offers a viable alternative to the Yellow Pages.
Yext Vets is built exclusively for the veterinary industry by a hard-working team of online experts. Our innovative business model means that as a practice, one no longer has to waste advertising dollars on listings and ads that do not directly result in new customers. Yext Vets provides monthly outcome reports so you can track your return on investment.
I highly recommend you give it a try, to ensure when people need care for their animals and are looking online they will easily find your practice on Yext Vets and get in to see you right away.
Sincerely,
Bruce Little, DVM

"Many of the calls provide insight into our client service presentation even when they aren't converted into appointments. And the most painful experience was listening to a client hang up because the hold time was too long. Since we pay for calls that are converted to appointments, I see only upside to using Yext Vets."
