Doctors
Dr. Kurt G. Marks
Dr. Marks is originally from New Orleans, LA. He graduated from LSU Veterinary School in 1986. Dr. Marks was the Chief of Staff at a veterinary hospital in Charlotte, NC for 10 years prior to opening this hospital in April 2004. In his free time he enjoys snow skiing, bike riding, and being on the lake. He has 2 sons and 1 daughter that enjoy helping out at the hospital as time allows.
Dr. Summer Lyn Shivers
Dr. Shivers is a Kansas native who joined Brawley Animal Hospital in 2007. Dr. Shivers attended Kansas State University where she earned her BS and DVM degrees. Small animal surgery and internal medicine are Dr. Shivers’ major areas of interest. In her free time she enjoys working out, going to the lake, and spending time with her two dogs, Ernie and Chili.
Dr. Angie Finkes
Dr. Finkes is an Ohio native who also graduated from Kansas St. University of Vet. Medicine. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, especially small animal surgery and medicine. In her free time, she enjoys playing basketball and relaxing at home with her 2 cats, Hogan and Ledger.
