Grand Pet Care Center Veterinary hospital of Santa Ana and Tustin has been serving the local community for all veterinary matters concerning your pet veterinary needs for the last three decades. As a community Pet we aspire to make our pet patients and their families our principal focus and concern. It is our mission to treat all pets, dogs and cats, as one of our own.
We are proud to announce to all our long-term loyal clients that this summer we finally opened the doors to our new facility. Our new beautiful state of the art Veterinary Hospital is at the same 1602 North Grand Ave address with a new entrance positioned at the back of the building. We also added extra parking and for your pets a large enclosed grassy Pet “Doggy Park” for safe play. We would like to invite you to bring your cat and dog pets and family for a grand tour of our new pet hospital with its original design, warm colors, and comfortable reception area. Our new dog and cat exam rooms have soft music and cozy seating to make the visit as stress free as possible for our pets and you. Our new pet critical care emergency medicine ward and pet surgical suite complies with the most modern and strict veterinary standards. We at Grand Pet Care offer, on location services of a range of veterinary specialist veterinarians all board certified in their respective field. We have a pet specialist radiologist who also specialized in ultrasound as well as a board certified orthopedic surgeon.
As a full service pet hospital we offer a wide range of veterinary prescription diets, vitamins, supplements and pet supplies. We also offer a spacious, state of the art, animal boarding facility as well as daycare. For clients who wish to board their pets in a luxury pet suite we now provide a private “resort like” luxury pet hotel suites for both dog and cats (cats are boarded in their own “cat wing” area away from barking dogs). We provide lengthy outdoor exercise time for all our boarding dogs in our grassy generous “doggy park”. In addition just next to the pet resort we now have a new indoors, fun, and stimulating pet playroom. To all our boarding and kenneling canine pets we provide lengthy outdoor exercise time in our grassy generous “doggy pet park”. Our onsite veterinarian and veterinary assistant staff attends to all our pet-resort boarding and kenneling pets. A “go home” pet grooming and baths are available and if necessary we can give a medicated bath to pets that suffer from a skin condition. For those pets staying with us we carry (for both cats and dogs) the entire veterinary premium flea and heart worm preventives.
For pet owners who are seeking a comprehensive wellness care to their pets we offer a low cost veterinary “puppy plan”, veterinary “Kitten Plan”, and for the senior dog and cats a veterinary “senior plan”. We also provide dental services for your pet and a low cost veterinary “dental plan” with various options depending on your cat or dog age.
To accommodate our clients who can only bring their pets late in the day; we extended our weekday veterinary service hours to 8:00 PM. We also have a veterinarian on Saturdays till 3:00 PM. The Pet Hospital is closed on Sundays.
On most days our Santa Ana-Tustin dog and cat spa is open for regular baths as well as medicated baths with late hours option. Our pet store is open from 9am to 8pm on most days.
We are proud to be associated with Southern California Bulldog Rescue group. Dr. Kraemer and staff have been working with this dedicated Orange County bulldog rescue group for the last few years forming a strong bond with the rescuers, fostering families, adopting families and of course the individual pets (English Bulldogs). Our staff donates their time and professional skill to help save those rescued bulldog pets as well as improves their life quality and physical condition. Our pet hospital offers discounts for all hospital services (veterinary and boarding) to all-personal and members associate with SCBR.
To encourage our local community to vaccinate their pets we provide LOW COAT pet vaccination program for both cats and dogs. Our pet hospital team includes veterinary, reception, and boarding staff who are fluent in Spanish, Vietnamese and Hebrew.
We also have been a long time contributor to the Central County Regional Occupational Program (CCROP), we help to train students who are interested in pursuing a professional position in the veterinary field, pet care services and animal welfare.
For your connivance we will be soon opening an online pet store. Our upcoming online pet store will offer a wide range of prescription veterinary products as well as over the counter pet supplies. In addition we will offer a line of high quality pet supplements and vitamins to enhance your pets skin, heart, joints and other vital organs.
