Dr. Church is here part time. He is a board qualified surgeon and has over 25 years of experience with small animals. Dr. Church lives in Orange County with his wife, his 2 dogs Gidget and Sooner, and his housecats!
Dr. Michael Kavanagh, DVM
Dr. Michael Kavanah was born and raised in Orange County. He worked on his undergraduate studies at CalPoly Pomona and completed veterinary school at Western University College of Veterinary Medicine in Pomona, CA. After graduating in 2007 he returned to Saddleback Animal Hospital and purchased the business in 2008. He loves the community and clientele here in Tustin and looks forward to caring for the pets here for years to come!
Gary Johnston, DVM, MS, DACVR
Dr. Johnston is a board certified radiologist that consults with Dr. Kavanagh about x-rays and ultrasounds. Dr. Johnston also teaches at Western University College of Veterinary Medicine. When not teaching, reading x-rays or performing ultrasounds Dr. Johnston enjoys spending time with his family and fishing. Dr. Kavanagh and Dr. Johnston won the Western Outdoor News white seabass tournament in 2006 and have competed anually since.
