OUR DOCTOR- DR. EDDIE SONG, DVM, CVA
Dr. Song has been practicing small animal veterinary medicine for over 10 years. Dr. Song went to Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. Following that, Dr. Song completed an additional year of specialty training, as an intern. He continued his education at the University of Missouri-Columbia Veterinary Teaching Hospital (UMCVMTH) for a specialty training in Small Animal Orthopedic/Soft Tissue/Cancer Surgery (80%) and Emergency/Critical Care (20%). During this specialty training,he scrubbed in for almost all referred surgeries (orthopedic and soft tissue) cases. He is very confident in small animal surgery. He also worked as an emergency veterinarians, medical director, and traveling surgeon visiting general practices in Orange County. Dr. Song has lectured nationally and internationally and published 5 papers in the major veterinary journals for the last several years. He is also a board certified veterinary acupuncturist.
