- Conversion Tracking: You can now track your clients’ performance in search and see how many clicks convert into happy customers. With this new feature in Yext Analytics, you decide what customer action constitutes a conversion — whether that’s placing an order, booking an appointment, or clicking for driving directions. The flexibility of Conversion Tracking lets you tie real transactional dollars to each conversion, so you can understand how much of your clients’ revenue is truly generated from those clicks.
- Comparison Analytics: Compare data across different time periods with Comparison Analytics. Our displayed graphs provide a visually coherent way to compare business metrics that include Searches, Impressions, and Google Customer Actions.
- Google Hotel Attributes Support: Google is now accepting over 100 new attributes that are specific to hotels. Yext is now integrated with Google’s new Hotel Feed API, which is a strong data source to power these additional fields.
