Yext works with Network Rail to power its search experience for 20 of the UK's largest railway stations, providing vital information to passengers, at scale.
Yext, the Search Experience Cloud company, is working with Network Rail to put passengers first by providing reliable and up-to-date information about its stations and services.
Network Rail who manage Britain's railway infrastructure, including 20 of the UK's biggest stations needed a solution to share accurate information about their Railway Stations across maps, apps and directories, with additional station features (like help points) soon to be promoted further across the Network Rail website.
The network infrastructure operator also needed a way to communicate important safety messages around the COVID-19 pandemic.
Yext working with Network Rail were keen to build a single source of truth, which could be shared at scale across major search engines, enabling passengers to access essential station information
Jon Buss, Managing Director, EMEA at Yext, said: "Our work with Network Rail will allow them to power vital information across the UK's biggest railway stations. The necessity for accurate and up to date passenger information is critical. With Yext, the network will be able to seamlessly update this information and we look forward to working with Network Rail to further improve its customer experience."
