Point of contact for competent authorities
Yext has designated reportingcontent@yext.com as the single point of contact for communications with competent authorities in relation to illegal content. English or French are the preferred languages for communication with this point of contact. When sending messages to reportingcontent@yext.com please be sure to include your full name and the name of the competent authority on whose behalf you are contacting us. We will also need an email address to contact you, which should be associated with your relevant competent authority.
This point of contact is reserved for engaging with competent authorities. For individuals or organisations reporting content considered to be illegal, please use the mechanism described above.
