In the wake of digital transformation and the coming era of intelligent transformation, the letters ‘CMO’ could just as easily stand for Change Management Officer as they do Chief Marketing Officer.
During ONWARD, Farmers Insurance CMO, Mike Linton, sat down with Yext Chief Customer Officer, Wendi Sturgis, for a fireside chat, where he shared how he is helping Farmers not only adapt to change, but seize opportunities created by it. During the talk, Linton emphasized the role the consumer plays in his/her own customer journey.
“If the customer wants it, the customer will pull it through,” said Linton. “And I think customers want the efficiency that new technologies like AI and chatbots have to offer.”
