Freshdesk Solution Article Connector

Easily pull your Freshdesk solution articles into Yext

Freshdesk, the online customer engagement solution from Freshworks, helps you streamline your company's customer support using the customer service software and helps you to efficiently manage your customers as you scale. Freshdesk makes customer service effortless with intuitive ticketing, advanced automations, seamless self-service, and much more — all at an affordable cost.

The Freshdesk data connector allows you to pull all of your knowledge base posts into the Yext platform. You can use these articles to populate your support, workplace, or developer Search experiences, in addition to other Yext products.

  1. On the app listing page within the Yext platform click "Install".

  2. Follow the installation process and authorize using your Freshdesk account subdomain.

  3. Configure the data connector by again using your Freshdesk account subdomain in addition to your API key. You can find your unique API key on the “Profile Settings” page of your Freshdesk account.

  4. Click through to sync your articles.
