Kustomer Article Connector
Power dynamic support search by syncing knowledge base articles from Kustomer into Yext.
This Kustomer data connector will allow you to pull in all your knowledge base articles into the Yext platform. You can use these articles to populate your support, workplace, or developer Search experiences, in addition to other Yext products.
Visit the App Directory in the Yext Platform and click on “Kustomer Article Connector”.
Click “Next”.
Authenticate the data connector by providing your Kustomer Knowledge Base Domain and API Key. You can generate an API Key from Settings > Security > API Keys. Make sure you set your API Key role to "org.admin.kb".
Click "Authorize" and run your connector to see all your newly pulled in Help Article entities!
