The Ratings.MD Reviews app for Yext empowers healthcare organizations to manage their complete online reputation by leveraging the power of both first and third party review sites. Once you’ve installed the app, Ratings.MD will keep your doctor and location profiles up to date with data from Yext, so that you don’t have to manage Entity, Listings and Reviews data in both systems.
To install this app, you’ll need a Ratings.MD Transparency, Review Generation or Review Monitoring account with login credentials and “Organization Admin” permissions as well as a Yext account with a subscription to the Healthcare Knowledge Engine add-on.
To use this app, you will need an active Ratings.MD account and an active Yext account.
