Skilljar Connector
Enhance Content by pulling in your courses and lessons from Skilljar.
Skilljar is a leading, purpose-built training platform for external education. Their enterprise-grade platform provides all the tools to onboard, engage, and retain customers at scale. You can use Skilljar to educate users at scale and decreases the number of support calls while allowing CS teams to focus on strategically growing customer satisfaction, driving revenue, and increasing profitability.
Use this integration to seamlessly sync all Skilljar courses and lessons into Yext Content, so that customers and agents alike can reference the latest educational materials.
- Log in to your Yext account.
- Navigate to the Apps > Directory tab in the platform.
- Search for the Skilljar Connector app and click Install.
- Accept the following changes to your account by clicking Next and authorize Yext APIs.
- Provide your Skilljar API Key and Domain. Finish installing the app, which will direct you to the Connectors overview page.
- Run the Skilljar Lesson Connector BEFORE you run the Skilljar Courses Connector. Make sure that the Lesson Connector has fully completed running before you run the Courses Connector.
After running both connectors, you can see all of your newly created Course and Lesson entities into Yext Content in the platform!
