With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software and SaaS, Kamelia Gouchev has spent her career helping Fortune 500 companies modernize how they work and guiding customers through complex, large-scale transformations. She's known for her operational rigor and for building customer success organizations that elevate the customer experience and drive long-term value.
Before joining Yext, Kamelia held senior leadership roles at Virtana, New Relic, and Oracle, where she led major cross-functional initiatives to transform support and success operations. She holds a master's degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University and dual bachelor's degrees from the American University in Bulgaria.
