We are happy to announce that Yext has won Business Intelligence Group’s 2016 BIG Award for Business for Case Study of the Year, which highlights our partnership with BAYADA Home Health Care. This diverse industry awards program offers companies, their products, their people, and their tactics a chance to be globally recognized by panels of business veterans and leaders.

For BAYADA Home Health Care, search queries have always involved local intent. Providing in-home care to thousands of individuals across the country, BAYADA looks to drive demand for home health care services and recruit caregivers through its online marketing tactics. With nearly half of BAYADA’s referrals coming through organic search and social media, it became essential to clean up its location data and ensure all digital marketing strategies revolve around mobile optimization. BAYADA turned to Yext to help innovate its local engagement strategy.

“The reality is that our business is constantly changing — phone numbers or types of services being updated, et cetera. There was lots of outdated info out there,” says Richard Ortiz, Senior Associate, Business Analytics at BAYADA. “Once we switched over to Yext, we were able to easily consolidate that. All of the updates happen automatically such we can rest assured our presence is always accurate and optimized, and that is just fantastic.”

Shortly after launching with Yext’s Listings and Pages products, BAYADA saw a cleaner and more accurate digital presence. In just one month, BAYADA had over 4,000 visits to its site from Google My Business searches, and its’ local Pages saw a 600% increase in views. Yext ultimately helped BAYADA clean up its content, reconcile duplicate data, and publish corrections and updates for its 267 locations.
