We're looking forward to welcoming you to the team. You'll have an opportunity to meet us during your first week, but we thought you might like to know what you're getting into!

Step Into Our Office

Yext has offices in 6 major cities around the world, including our NYC headquarters and offices in Budapest, Greater Washington DC, Hyderabad, London, and Paris. The spaces are modern and vibrant, with open layouts encouraging face-to-face collaboration and spontaneous interaction among our employees. Amenities vary per location, but a few employee favorites include outdoor terraces, fitness centers, and kitchens with all the bottomless snacks, coffee, sparkling water, and kombucha one's heart desires.

Upward Mobility

Even though you haven't started yet, it's never too early to start thinking about how you can one day advance your career at Yext. And if you didn't know, we're all about giving you tons of chances to explore and grow within the company. Guess what? Over 20% of our hires in 2022 were all about seizing those internal opportunities! Plus, we've spiced things up with our new and improved internal mobility program, Upward. FAQs

All onboarding tasks can be found on your Workday New Hire Dashboard. You can get to your Dashboard by going to your Workday homepage > Announcements > Enter New Hire Onboarding. This page also includes helpful resources, including our new hire checklist and benefits guide.

Complete the onboarding task "First Day Location & Equipment Confirmation" to ensure your laptop arrives on time.

  • Remote First Day: Your laptop will arrive the week before you start.

  • In-Person First Day: You'll pick up your laptop from IT on your first day in the office.

IT will send you login instructions the Friday before your start date. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to yext-itteam@yext.com.

If you plan to join us in person, select "Yes" for the "First Day Location & Equipment Confirmation" task in Workday. The week before you start, you'll get an email from the Onboarding team titled "Your first day at Yext" with more details.

Email hr@yext.com and let your recruiter know your updated shipping address. Our People Operations team will follow up to confirm the change!

Yes! Be on the lookout for an email from Yext Gifts with a link to claim your New Hire Kit through our swag vendor, Blue Sky. Follow the instructions to enter your t-shirt size and shipping information, and your kit will be sent directly to you.

The link is usually sent the week before your first day.
