Feed It Back is an award-winning platform providing granular data and insights which are used by our clients to identify specific areas that influence drive improvements. In addition, clients can also gather data and insights on a branch level and help support growth.
Our Yext App extends the listing power of Yext as it allows changes to be made (to either a single branch or multiple branches) and those updates will be pulled into the Feed It Back platform. Feed It Back supports updates to the following fields: Name, Address, Postcode, Latitude, Longitude, Email, Facebook link, Website link, Telephone, Twitter username, Twitter link, GooglePlaceID and Image.
It is also possible to add new branches (be this one or multiple) into Yext and this data can then be pulled into the Feed It Back platform simplifying this process and getting them set up very efficiently.
You will need both a Feed It Back and Yext account
Contact your Feed It Back Account Manager to enable the Yext integration
Navigate to the branches page within Feed It Back to authenticate with Yext
From here it will be possible for updates made in Yext to be pulled into the Feed It Back
