Howard Lerman founded Yext in 2006 with the vision of improving the way local businesses and consumers connect. Yext is Howard's fourth internet company, the past three of which have had successful exits. Howard is a graduate of Duke University.
Brian Distelburger has extensive experience with startups and publicly traded companies in the online media and database marketing space. Brian believes Yext will revolutionize the way consumers connect with local businesses and looks forward to the continued challenge of building a great company. Brian is a graduate of Cornell University.
Tom serves as Yext's Chief Operating Officer, supervising engineering, operations, and development of the company's product portfolio. Prior to joining Yext, Tom co-founded justatip.com and was CEO and co-founder of Intwine. Tom graduated with highest honors from Princeton University with a degree in philosophy.
Sean MacIsaac serves as Yext's Chief Technology Officer. Sean was co-founder and CTO of Intwine, a software consulting company that he helped grow prior to completing its sale to Datran Media. After the acquisition, Sean was promoted to CIO of Datran, where his team supported the development and operations of Datran's core technology platform. Sean graduated with honors from Princeton University with a bachelor's in computer science.
Alok Bhushan is a senior finance executive with years of experience running financial operations at rapidly growing technology companies. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Intwine and helped to complete its sale to Datran Media. Prior to joining Yext, he spent several years on Wall Street in index arbitrage and quantitative finance. Alok Bhushan graduated with high honors from Harvard University with a bachelor's in economics and a master's in computer science.
Wendi serves as Yext's EVP of Sales & Services. Prior to Yext she was VP of Account Management at Yahoo!, responsible for their 600-person North American region team. Wendi joined Yahoo! as a member of the Right Media Leadership team. Wendi has also held executive leadership roles at Gartner, Scient and Price Waterhouse's Media and Entertainment practice. She has a B.S. in Industrial Management and Operations Research from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
