Google's head of Partnerships for Google Assistant, Naomi Makofsky, joined us at ONWARD to share the company's vision for the Intelligent Future — and how businesses should start preparing for it today.
During her keynote on day two, Makofsky touched upon how consumers engage with AI technology in much more natural ways than traditional search, and how businesses can become more assistive by being everywhere their customers are.
"Conversational computing is here to stay," Makofsky said. "By 2021, we are all going to be AI-first."
