For those of you who are new to Hitchhikers — Welcome to Yext's new training platform & community! Hitchhikers will be the home for all of Yext's product and release updates moving forward so we encourage you to create a free user and check out the platform.

Yext's seasonal releases are always packed with new features and functionality to keep Hitchhikers on the cutting edge of search, and the Fall '20 Release is no different. Across the product suite we have added new features that will help you to drive value, save time, and increase flexibility.

Here are just a few of the powerful new features in the Fall '20 Release:

When it comes to your website, we know there is no such thing as "one-size-fits-all." With that in mind, we have built out even more options to implement Answers and provide an amazing search experience to your customers.

With the new Overlay Integration you can install an Answers search button on your pages with a single line of Javascript! This integration helps to add the power of Answers to your site with minimal lift and can be done easily through a tag manager.

In addition, businesses of all sizes use both WordPress and Yext to build amazing client experiences. To help brands around the world add the Yext Answers bar to their WordPress powered sites, we built a new Answers Plugin for Wordpress to drive the time-to-value even faster.

Each business is organized differently and it is very important to us that Hitchhikers can structure their Knowledge Graph according to what makes the most sense for their business needs. As more and more businesses around the world build out their Knowledge Graphs with new entities and facts about their brand, there is an increased need for flexibility within the graph. Custom Sections provide that ability to make your Knowledge Graph truly your own.

For example, if a restaurant creates a custom entity for Menu Item and a few Custom Fields for nutrition information, now users can easily group those into a "Nutrition Information" section of the Knowledge Graph and make it easily visible at the top of the entity edit page.

Every day consumers are suggesting updates to your Bing location listings. To help ensure the most accurate data, and give you the control of your listings, Yext is launching Bing Suggestions.

Now, in addition to Google, Facebook, and Yelp, Hitchhikers can see their Bing Suggestions for locations in the United States and determine whether to accept or reject edits, helping keep the data in your Knowledge Graph and customer experiences up-to-date.

That's not all! To learn more about the Fall '20 Release including demos, deep dives, new publishers and more, check out the Hitchhikers exclusive Sneak Peek: Fall '20 Release webinar recording with Jon Kennell, Yext's SVP of Product.
