CallTrackingMetrics is a marketing attribution and call center software. Customers can purchase phone numbers from us, and assign it to different marketing campaigns with analytical tools. With this app, Yext users will be able to assign CTM purchased numbers to entities' Main Phone Number, Local Phone Number, Alternate Phone Number, Toll-Free Phone Number, Mobile Phone Number, Fax Number, and TTY Number. Prior to this app, customers of both have had to copy the number from the CTM app, and go into Yext to paste it -- doing this many times over.
