Yext Analytics provides you with an insights library that allows you to see a consolidated view of all the data that matters — in one place. It's where you can get both a bird's eye view and in depth analysis of what's happening on the web and on the publisher network in relation to your business. There are numerous metrics available to you including, how many clicks your promotions get, the days and times when your Pages are the most popular, and how many people use Google Maps to get to your store.

If you've enabled and are actively leveraging Search Tracker, you have the ability to compare your performance in comparison to your local competitors in both search and ratings — giving you a complete look at how customers find and engage with your business through their various devices.

In the wake of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Yext usage has increased by 84%. Consumers worldwide are depending on accurate and up-to-date information more now than ever. You as a business will have been impacted and it's vital to understand not only what consumers are searching for in relation to your brand, but also how the metrics on which you measure your success have been impacted. For example, it may be interesting to create a customized report on how much change there's been in driving directions, calls from listings, and what is being searched for on your website to determine if consumers are finding the answers to their questions.

In addition to the metrics available to you in the platform, you may want to spend some time analyzing the industry trends we've been observing since the start of the pandemic. The Yext Search Data Hub contains insights that have been compiled from Google, Bing, and 100+ other global publishers available in the Yext Knowledge Network. The Yext Search Data hub is available to you here.
